So, this is my first attempt at a blog. I plan to focus my efforts on real estate in Montgomery and surrounding counties. My goal is to ultimately help Buyers and Sellers find useful tips to make their real estate journey an enjoyable one.
In addition to having real estate tips and market updates I hope to also feature community events, such as festivals, farmer’s markets and much more.
Some information about my real estate team The Westmont Group and myself:
Megan West Stultz is a dynamic, knowledgeable and customer-focused Broker Associate with Keller Williams Conroe, Lake Conroe. She has been certified as a “Top Production Realtor” by the Houston Association of Realtors and is currently a member of the Greater Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery County Association of Business Women, Women’s Council of Realtor’s as well as the an active member of the Texas ‘Exes’ Alumni Association. Prior to working with Keller Williams, Megan worked with Nathan Grace Real Estate, Ruth Stultz & Company, as well as DR Horton and Pioneer/Plantation/Coventry Homes. Megan is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin.
In January of 2010, Megan introduced The Westmont Group. Her team focuses on the greater Houston area and is determined to offer a complete real estate package to see you through the home buying or selling process. The Westmont Group offers over 15 combined years of experience, specializing in new home sales, resale, farm and ranch properties, foreclosure and short sale properties.
Now, a little about me, Megan West Stultz, a resident of Montgomery, Texas.
I was born and raised in Montgomery, Texas. I was a 5th generation graduate from Montgomery High School so my roots run way back. After high school I moved to Austin for 5 years while I attended The University of Texas and received my Bachelors in Government. After meeting my now husband one summer while on break I was in a hurry to get back to Montgomery or home!
My husband, Wade and I recently had a daughter, Adalyn who is now just over 9 months. It has been an experience being a new mom, broker, associate and team leader for The Westmont Group but I think we just about have it figured out and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Until next time….
